The APP version serves residential, commercial and industrial applications in the plug and play system, with easy use without the need for release via the application. The installation process is simple and efficient, and the estimated time is 10 to 15 minutes. Comes with integrated 6 meter long cable with type 2 connector.

  • How long does it take to charge a vehicle?

    It depends on the power of the car battery being charged. For example: when using the 7.2kW/h charger in a vehicle with a 45kW/h battery, full charging will take 6 hours and 15 minutes.

  • How does charging work?

    After plugging in the vehicle following the instructions in the vehicle manual, charging is indicated on the charger display, on the car's on-board computer and can also be monitored using the Kraper application in its OCPP version;

  • How difficult is the installation process?

    Our products are designed according to our own standards and are very easy to install. The entire installation process generally takes less than 10 minutes by a professional electrician considering the Wall model.

  • What is the charger current?

  • Can having an electric vehicle charger at home increase my energy bill?

    Yes, to find out the cost, just do the math relating the charger's power to the amount charged per kW/h by the dealership.

  • How do I release the recharge?

    In the APP model there is no need for prior authorization, just plug and load. In the OCPP model, it must be connected to the internet and linked to the Kraper management application; recharge is released via the RFID Card or the Kraper app;

  • How is recharge charged via the Kraper app?

    The kraper app has a monthly fee for use and its value varies according to the number of charging points linked to the app; Recharging charges are defined by the charger owner and can be charged based on charging time or kW/h consumed. Billing is done directly through the Kraper app: credit, debit or pix being linked to the paid market.

  • Can I use another application other than Kraper?

    Our chargers have the OCPP 1.6 protocol, which allows us to release your IP to be used with another management application compatible with this technology.

  • If you leave it plugged into the vehicle, will the car battery become addictive?

    Everything will depend on the technology used in the vehicle's battery, but most cars above the 2022 models do not have this problem. We recommend consulting your vehicle manufacturer.
